Picture Prompt
Metaphor Creative Writing
Your character stands high above a sweeping forest, strapped into a zipline harness. Below them: treetops, sunflare, sky. Behind them: a weight they’ve carried — something personal, heavy, or hidden. As they step into the air, they aren’t just launching into a physical ride. They’re letting go of something: a fear, a memory, a person, a mistake, a belief. Write about what this moment means to them. Use the zipline as a metaphor, a turning point, or a release. What changes? What do they understand now that they didn’t before?
